I met Tom "The Preacher" and test drove a used Mazda I had seen on AutoTrader. Tom was friendly and genuine. More importantly, he never tried any hard-sell tactics. Rather he showed me the car, allowed me to drive it and, when I told him I had a few others I wanted to drive prior to making a decision, gave me his card and asked me to call him should I want to discuss numbers on the Mazda. I received a brief "Thank You" via text the next day and a week after that a short inquiry asking: "Are you still in the market for the Mazda 3?" I ultimately did not buy the Mazda 3 and thus did not buy from Tom...but had it been the right car for me I would have felt good about doing business at Sanderson Ford and with Tom. I found the respectful way they treat the customer to be a refreshing rarity in the industry.
