  • The couple of things I did like enjoy about this experience is Paul Mitchell is cruelty free and the products used on me were vegan, and that is amazing!! Also the one who did my hair was very friendly and loved what she did to my hair. She was so personable and such a pleasure to speak with. I just wish the location would match her awesome personality. I would not recommend this location but I would be willing to go because the stylist was amazing. Let's talk about what I didn't like... First off, the address took me to a different casino and was not consistent to where the location was at, so I was driving around and walking around for a while trying to find the location. Even though they were open, nobody answered the phone! I walked into the location and was not welcomed whatsoever by the front desk... after approaching the front desk...all they said was that she was not ready for me, I was early so it was ok. No smiles or welcoming vibes from this place in the beginning, which in Vegas is not a good thing. They stylist came with a welcoming face and hug! I also assumed that they would validate parking, which they do not. I would have re-considered coming here if I knew I would have to pay $12 for parking, but I should have done my research. Someone messaged me on Instagram about specials going on so I was intrigued as I have never been to a hair salon. She was very personable, responsive and prompt to answering my questions. Stylist and style A++ Location C ( it was clean though) Personable C ( besides stylist, she was great)
