  • I got a groupon (4 sessions) for microdermabrasion. Reception was accommodating with appointment times. Service went "beyond" in that the aesthetician (I've forgotten her name -- not Gina, as others have mentioned) also did some extractions and used a few technologies other than the microderm machine. I wasn't upsold on anything. There was a Skinceuticals product i expressed my own interest but wasn't pushed with ANY sell at all. I would rate at 5 stars but I felt the place needed a bit of a clean up. The washroom is in a shared hallway and is a bit grubby. There are lots of surfaces with significant fingerprints or smudges on them. I didn't question that the tools were sanitary, but felt the overall space could have had a little facelift. I experienced a bit of a wait for my appointment but this isn't the first spa in the world to run 10 minutes behind. I'm looking forward to returning. The aesthetician was experienced and service was good.
