  • They probably are the busiest in town because they overbook and don't honor appointments. They are going to be a little less busy now because I will never go there again. My time is valuable to me and I don't enjoy making an appointment weeks in advance only to find out after waiting in their waiting room for 20 minutes that no one ordered the part. This is not the first time I was a victim of their disorganization but it was the last. There are other mechanics.
