  • Called here to simply find out what version of Adobe Creative Suite they have so I could work on a project. The employee who I reached simply said he had no idea, didn't offer to check, or help past that. I asked if he could ask a manager. He sighed and didn't seem too thrilled to have to go through the pain of asking her/him. I know this is difficult. After 5 minutes I just hung-up. Pathetic service, sorry to bother you with business.
