  • I had 2 great experiences previously, but today was completely different. I never saw this stylist before, I believe her name was Brandi, (if not, I apologize) and it would be the only other stylist working today. We didn't have too long of a wait and I really enjoy the space here for the kids to play while waiting for a cut. Today our stylist wasn't talkative at all. She asked what we wanted and we stated, just a regular clean up, 1 on the sides and trim on top. You can actually see where the cut was done previously, however, our stylist took the 1 blade fade so high it made it completely uneven. By the time I asked what she was doing, she said "I thought that's what you wanted" and I stated that the fade was never that high and she then stated "oh, I thought I would do it a little higher..." That made me furious, but there was no turning back. Now, the fade is so high on 1 side, but the other side has a normal fade like it was previously. She didn't apologize or anything and to be honest, it seemed like she didn't give !@$% I will now go somewhere else moving forward.
