I understand mistakes happen, but I have had poor customer service with even the service department taking 4 hours to change the oil on my car. The number provided was not "disconnected". Larry Miller has reached me several times to follow up with me after I purchased my vehicle. This dealership seems to be the only one not able to reach me. The check issue was not handled correctly. If an incorrect check was written, I am surprised it took a week for the mistake to be realized. Nonetheless, I have no ties to Arrowhead Honda and for that I am thankful.
