  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do not take your car here for ANY reason what so ever. Paid $120.00 for exterior detail --- I was told by several members of their staff it takes 2-hours =-- get there early. So I do just that. Leave my car at 8AM. I come back at 11... My car is not even started.. UM? So I ask how much longer -- yup you guessed it 2 hours. ? really? So I ask if they can guarantee it will be done in 2 hours.. and of course, they can not. So I ask for a refund -- they say we can't give cash back and we can't credit back my account.. ??????????? When I picked it up I was hoping for a least a well-polished car. NOPE! The Scuff marks and bugs on the front still their. Yet they said they stripped off the top layer of wax and re-waxed everything -- There is No way that happened. Got home took a rag and went around and got AlL the scuff marks off and bugs -- Seriously I was absolutely RIPPED OFF!
