  • Need to renew your health card? Make an appointment online and skip the line! When I arrived there was a lineup of more than 20 people waiting just to get a number, and a room full of people waiting for their number to be called. However I didn't have to wait in that line, I went to the empty VIP line for appointments only and received a number right away! Within 5 minutes my number was called, my photo taken, paperwork processed by a friendly guy who enjoyed my excitement over not having to wait, and I was out the door, walking past people who were still waiting in line just to get a number. There might be situations where you can't make an appointment, but for routine renewals why wait when you can get the VIP treatment? Best experience dealing with government EVER.
