rev:text	My husband and I wanted to stay here for one night, and it turned out a horrible experience. We were traveling with little kids and arrived the hotel around 12:30am. Kids were very tired and sleepy. We were first given a third floor room which was a very dirty and smoking room even though my husband confirmed that we wanted to have a non-smoking room. We called the reception and told them the room was not a non-smoking room. We requested to have a non-smoking room in the same building, so we would not move around with luggages and sleepy kids. Of course, they did not have any room in the same building. Then, we asked reception to send us the new key cards, so kids and I would not wait for my husband to pick up the new key cards since the temperature was almost 100 degrees. Of course, they did not have any one to bring us the keys, and my husband had to pick up the keys while I was waiting with kids. We took everything back to car and went to the new room which was another third floor room in another building far from the first one. Then, keys did not work this time. We called the reception again and asked them to send someone ASAP while we were waiting again outside (100 degrees temperature) with little kids. We waited too long. Finally, I was so ready to go to the other hotel when the guy showed up with the new key cards. I would still go to another hotel, but the baby was already asleep in my arms. But, this is my FIRST and LAST time at this hotel!!! DON'T STAY HERE!!! Oh, I almost forgot to mention about BUGS and TRASH all over outside the buildings.
