  • Express is hugely misleading. I waited for over 20 min to get a salad from the refrigerated section. When I finally got up to the counter the cashier told me "just so you know, that will come out to 14.95 with tax." Fantastic. When I asked why the price wasn't posted she shrugged and the manager walked to the back, clearly avoiding me. God help you if you order something that actually needs to be cooked.
