I went here for lunch with a friend with an expired groupon I never got around to. With groupon, the amount paid , " never expires!" So I am still able to use the amount I paid for. So. The guy at the counter, did not want to honor my groupon. He refused to accept it, he said he did not know if he can accept it because it was expired. So I ask him if he can get a manager up here to make that call since he didn't know what to do. He said , we don't have a manager here. To make the long store short, the manager / owner is on vacation and will be back in two weeks. He wanted me to come back in two weeks to talk to him. Stupid right!! This guys lacks really bad in customer service and should be up in front greeting the customers. But then again, there is no supervisor / manager on duty, there on vacation!! How does this place run and who's in charge while the supervisor /manager / owner is on vacation.? This business reached out to Groupon to advertise there business, a customer comes in with a groupon to try out there food and was denied. Wow! Bad customer service!!
