rev:text	All the doctors here are great. Each one has been great with our cats and given them excellent care. The vet techs are equally skilled and caring. One of our cats likes to fight at vet visits and they handle him skillfully. BUT...the front desk is horrible! Not just once in a while - but on every visit. One of our cats is in kidney failure so we have made quite a few visits in a short period of time. What I use to think was an attitude caused by having a bad day is the norm! They way they say "can I help you" when you walk in tells the whole story. They definitely think customers are a nuisance.
