  • I have to say that I have been looking for a salon that specializes in "hard gel" or gel build. I wanted to stay near my neighborhood and I found this salon to be the best so far. I like the guarantee on the nails to last. They ARE a bit pricey, but I like the gels so I will likely stick with it. The shop is clean and the people are friendly and caring. Rick was my technician, and he talked "just enough" ... he was meticulous and tried to make certain that I didn't experience any discomfort. My only complaints...more so concerns... are the added cost for shaping nails (anything other than square shape is extra,) the added cost for certain sparkle colors of polish, there's no loyalty incentive i.e. punch card and the little shop manager who kept walking back and forth trying to keep the techs on time. I appreciate her effort, but it was uncomfortable and obvious to the clients that the techs were being rushed. All in all, I enjoyed my visit and will likely be back - not sure about the pedicure yet $$$...
