Changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I got in touch with managment and the owner is very nice. My first review was made before I got a call back. Owner is very nice and seems to care. I am not giving more then 3 because I disagree with a few things that happened. I keep getting told I recieved low lights highlight and toner. I never got low lights thats a lie... my hair is black so not sure how you put low lights is black hair. I dont agree that trimming my layers is a "creative hair cut". Owner was nice she did refund us $20. Would be higher but I still do not agree with how the lady that did my hair handled things. Please in the future tell your customers what you are going to charge them for and ask them if they want those charges. Do not tell them one price and then slap them with a price more then double. I would have been fine paying had I been told the correct price upfront. Also the groupon was 89 dollars not 75. I had no problem paying extra money for my long hair but like I keep saying she told me one price and charged me another. I wont be back but the owner did change my rating.
