I normally hate offsite rental car centers but since I live in Vegas this is much better than trekking to that crazy airport when i need to rent a car for business travel. But I did fly in once and pick up a car and it is a painful experience. We lined up for the rental center bus due to them being way to infrequent. It took a couple of buses before I finally got to the center. Never have I seen such a debacle in getting folks to an offsite rental center. I am a frequent traveler so this was very surprising that Vegas airport can't get this right!
The site is located at a easy to get out of location so that is one plus. Once inside if you are not a club member it looks painful. Since I travel frequently for business I am an Emerald Club member with National thus I go straight to the cars to select my ride. For those infrequent travelers or tourist when have to stop at the counters good luck. They crammed the rental car counters into the limited space they have so it can be a crazy mess when on busy days. The inside looks big due the the high ceilings but it is actually too small for what they have to support.
