Old school steakhouse dining that harkens back to the days of the Rat Pack.
I was here for a corporate biz event and they pulled no stops at The Barrymore with service, drinks, and food.
Don't be freaked out by the weirdo hotel it's adjacent to with the 100 year old cool dude playing piano in the lobby, and the kitschy Vegas decor, along with C grade shows being performed here. Once you walk into the actual restaurant it's all class.
The main dining room we were in had some terrific booths and a dark wood community table, along with a ceiling adorned with film reels that bring back the golden age of movies. The food was top notch along with the wine selection. Trays of seafood appetizers, large jumbo shrimp cocktails, and seafood entrees. As a non-red meat eater this was perfect. Those who did have steak proclaimed it was delicious.
Those waiting on our tables and serving us made sure we had a great time. My wine glass was constantly being filled. Just a really good choice for a corporate event or biz dinner with clients.
Old school Las Vegas in the best of ways.
