Clean, Friendly, and Helpful.
Go in with reasonable expectations and a good attitude, and you'll have a good experience.
I don't go to Urgent Care to make friends, And I don't expect my relatively minor health issues to be prioritized ahead of folks with more serious problems. So, when the front desk treats me professionally, I am happy - and if my visit takes a few hours, that's just kind of how it works in the medical industry. Bring a book and relax. (Also bring a sweater... the AC can be a bit much).
The place is clean, the staff is kind, and I got taken care of in a manner that I would call professionally efficient.
That's all that I want. That's more than I need.
I am grateful for the good folks at this location.
