| - THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED FOR THE MONEY IN VEGAS.
1.) On arrival there is $13 charge for valet parking. Almost everywhere in vegas it is free. They claim self parking is $8 but included in the resort fee....so valet parking is really $21 per day?
2.) Constant phone calls-I was awoken three times in the early morning asking if I wanted to hear some timeshare advertisement. I've payed my money for a hotel, just let me rest. I contacted the desk, was supposedly put on a do not disturb list and still received two more phone calls in which both said they'd make sure I was going to get on a no call list.
3.) More phone calls- My phone rang at least once a day, during my seven day stay with no one answering on the other end. EVERYDAY!!!!!!!!! Some sort of hotel crank call!?
4.) Staff seemed indifferent to my concerns; it seems that these are the complaints that they receive all of the time. I can't wait to read the sorry response that the management seems to put on all of these yelp reviews. How about solving the problems instead of addressing them after people have spent their money and have been disappointed?
5.) Over priced store. They've already have the money why is a tall boy $5.39?
6.) The Decor- The curtains are blurry! The decor is three of four multi-colors on the wall in a cramped space. And....the curtains have a visual effect that make them seemed blurry. No need to have the expensive tall boy mentioned above, just stare at the curtains and one will begin to think that they are inebriated already.
7.) Bell Service- Valet Parking is $13 but Bell Service will not deliver ones bags to the self parking. Even if parked in the loading zone. I was told it was because there were no cameras in the self parking lot area. Really!? That made me feel more secure (sarcasm). Add cameras and serve your customers better.
8.) Again the indifferent staff- When I received the phone calls inviting me to the pitch, they all began by asking me how my stay was. I stated most of my concerns, and then realized that they were just going through motions to get me to the point where they could pitch me the timeshare again.
9.) No offers of upgrades- In all the pitches to get me to the timeshare promotion, I was never offered an upgrade of any kind. I spoke to other people who where given "complimentary" stays if they listened to the pitch. I guess for "suckers" like me who have already payed, annoying early morning phone calls are a sufficient substitution. Seriously, I felt duped and unwanted as a future customer. That it was more important for them to try to get me to buy a timeshare, than to address my immediate concerns and keep me as a future customer.
10.) PHONE CALLS ON PERSONAL CELL ADVERTISING TIMESHARE ADS - I have now began getting calls on my cell phone, which I gave them the number at reservation, for timeshares. It wasn't enough to not sell me one there, now they are either calling or have sold my number to someone selling timeshares. Unbelievable......I thought it was over after I left the parking lot. Apparently it the inconsideration never ends!!!
Please see the apology below to understand how truly horrible this place is. When I was on property no one was willing to assist me or even offer any apologies. Instead I get a weak statement on yelp after I have already left. Why couldn't you assist me while I was there? I will never return to this property and will do my best to avoid all Hyatt properties in the future.
