  • This was my first time renting a car from Alamo. First of all, they had a very competitive prices on economy to full Size sedan which I was looking for, but they had the absolute best price on a sports car compared to any another rental car. Since it was only $8 more than intermediate sedan, I decided to go with a the sports car. I checked in online and skipped the counter. Very very fast pickup. The person took me to where the sports cars were, and they offered me to choose from camero or charger OR any of he luxury car. I ended up taking an Infiniti Q70 for only $50 a day. Drop-off was also very fast, even though they were busy. A lot of cars were being returns at the time. It literally took 2min. Excellent experience and the staff was very friendly. I would not expect an free upgrade every time, but I would definitely recommend and use Alamo again. Well done PHX airport Alamo!
