  • I am seriously kicking myself writing this review because I had every intention of putting the employees name who helped us who was so great and I have forgotten it. I truly apologize for that. He was young kid, Hispanic, extremely friendly and eager. My daughter placed an online order with deliver to store. We called several times, since the tracking was not updating. Both times, I got a rude lady whom I think was the manager. Finally, they called and said it was ready. I was in the parking lot and didn't know where they were located and called to ask. The young guy very friendly (especially compared to the lady I had gotten on my previous 2 phone calls) told me where to go. Once we got inside it was the kid from the phone and the "lady" I recognized her voice. He was so inviting, went and got our order, opened the box and pulled out the record to check for issue. He then began a conversation with us and made our little trip even better. Walking out the store I told my hubby I was going to post on Yelp about him. He went back in the store to tell the kid and ask his name, and here I have forgotten. It is very rare nowadays to get good customer service at all, let alone from a youngster.
