I just came from the Church/Wellesley location and had a very negative experience. The young cashier made an error while ringing in the customer ahead of me and needed assistance correcting it in the register. A man (long, black ponytail) who I assume is a supervisor started reaming him out, aggressively punching keys of the register, and treating this poor guy like he was so stupid for making a mistake. He was so angry and made no attempt to act professionally. One - that is a totally ineffective and inappropriate way to coach staff. Mistakes happen, get over it and help them learn from them. Two, never, EVER reprimand staff in front of customers. Take it to the back room. This childish, unprofessional interaction left a very bad taste in my mouth. Cumbrae, you need to make sure your management staff are better trained.
