  • Had Brimley's (Nate and Steven) come out on a Saturday, early morning, to clean about 1700 sq ft of carpet in a three level home. First, they were on time and called to let us know they were on the way 15 minutes out...greatly appreciated. Second, they were polite, professional, and encouraged us to ask questions. Third, they did a really great job, even treating/cleaning multiple high-traffic areas multiple times. The next time I need to have carpets cleaned, I will not hesitate to call Brimley's. And by the way, the house smelled great after they left! Non-toxic to pets as well!
