We visited this store in October and purchased new iPhone s and were sold on idea of changing our direct tv account to attain a lower advertised monthly rate. in this process we were promised a $200 gift card and these were recorded notes in our account. It is now March and this matter has not been resolved On numerous occasions we have contacted managers with a promise of return phone calls. The managers have included Jay and Daniel. Although we have accepted that ATT / Direct TV will not honor the promised $200 gift card what is amazing that 2 managers have promised to look into the matter and respond to us. We have even simply asked to have them acknowledge the promise will not be fulfilled and we will move on. However even a simple acknowledgement of the error and apology is beyond their business acumen. We have never received a promised return follow up call. It is evident the lack of customer service skills and management aptitude by this staff. It will be nice to end out commitments with ATT / Direct TV in the near future.
