I own and operate my own company. The policies they have in this company force the employees to pretty much provide poor customer service. It's not the employee fault when there national call center fails to provide IMPORTANT details like at 11pm at the airport when you are waiting for your reservation you must have a CREDIT CARD not a debit card because unlike there stores they cant accept debit cards from arizona residents. There excuse was it was a company policy that is enforced on there computers and they cant do nothing about it. I used to do thousands of dollars with enterprise every quarter and it seems I always ran into some kind of problem every single time I go there. I have had filthy cars, my vehicle not even being there and last but not least, reservation doesnt exist. Everytime they just gave me the sorry but there is nothing I can do response.
So after trying to get a small SUV all day and finally being told I would have to get my vehicle from the airport at 11pm by the call center, I was relieved until i got there. I live in AZ and I had a corporate debit card that I have used a lot at all there enterprise stores BUT its seems at the airport you cannot use debit for arizona residents. He had not understanding on why or even a I'm sorry, let us make this right for you since we screwed up AGAIN. This company clearly does not have customer service as there top priority in there policies and now it has cost them another loyal client. By the ratings, it looks like I'm not the only one.
