My son had his car painted at Excalibur, which by the way, the paint job is beautiful.
BUT.............costumer service is terrible!
They had the car over three weeks. On the day it was "supposed" to be finished my husband and son went to pick it up, when they arrived they were kept over an hour while finishing touches were being done. So why were we called to say it was finished??
On the drive home the strip that surrounds the windshield blew off (not placed correctly)
The radio had been used because station was different. Front head light no longer worked.
After my husband called Mathew and expressed his concerns, back to Excalibur the car goes.
We live on the north side of town, so this is a great inconvenience once again.
But at my husbands request he was picked up from work to get the car at the end of the day. You'd think that paying over $2K for a job it would be done well and with great appreciation that they got our business, especially nowadays when money is scarce.
Or how about some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, ????????
