Review for Sunday brunch.
I don't know how they do it but their service on a crazy busy Sunday is still top notch and consistent. We learned from our first visit that arriving at 10:30-11:00 is a pain in the butt. So we arrived at 10AM with the freshness.
I've had two notable Sunday brunch meals so far here. The first being a DW bowl of New Mexican-style slow-cooked pork simmered in New Mexican red chile;
with over-easy eggs and served with rice and the second being two filet mignon with eggs. The filet mignon, off menu dish, is gooooood. I'm surprised they didn't try to add their own spin or spice to it, very nice as to not destroy the integrity of the filet mignons.
My only gripe is the servers inability to split checks with big parties. I think they can because they did last time so the one we had during my last visit could be a liar.
