| - More than just huge portions: Creative. Delicious. Memorable.
Just take, for example, what I ordered from their selection of benedicts: "Andy's Sage Fried Chicken" ($16.99 a bit pricey, but it's pretty much two meals). I ordered it not knowing what would arrive in front of me would be a well-thought out mound of food shaped in the form of an artful sculpture - I must've sat there for a good minute taking pictures as I attempted to figure out where to start chowing down. It did not disappoint, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had a nice kick with that chipotle cream. YUM.
An extra bonus point for it coming out of the kitchen in rather quick timing (especially considering the busyness of Christmas Day that it was).
The environment is better than expected. I've been in Vegas for more than a few years and noticed every damn weekend driving by this place, HH has a crowd of people out in front. This always discouraged me from trying, but crowds/waiting can be avoided if you travel alone or up to four by just heading to the bar area; they have the counter as well as bar tables. If waiting can't be avoided, kill some time by checking out the celebrities that've stopped in - there are headshots all over the entrance.
If I come back for a huge party, it's gotta be pre-planned, reserved, or whatever because waiting for a table when you're hungry sucks. But more likely is that I'll come back for the bar or happy hour (everyday, 3p-6p).
