| - After my nail lady decided she couldn't do services anymore-I've decided to look for a new place I've... been going to Lish last three months now always was satisfied every time I left. But I've always had the same person do my nails for weeks ago when I went in for my regular Fill, I had someone knew (mail nail tech)I could tell right off the bat he didn't even know what he was doing. I just let it go so I don't judge right away. after I got my fill and pedicure. Once I paid for my services, the owner had let me know if I had any issues to go back and have them fixed. The following day I notice the acrylic was over my skin and had started lifting! I went back the next day. They just cleaned my nails up without fixing all my lifted nails, I was unaware that others were lifted due to the red color I had on. So when I went back two weeks later I noticed a green spot on one of my nails, I knew right away that this was fungus!! I nicely asked the lady to remove the whole acrylic off, treat it and reapply. She refused to and tried to blame me!!! The owner came over, and asked what's wrong, I explained-my acrylic has to be removed and treated, she tells me "NO" it's not her problem that it's mine!! She then finally decides to remove my acrylic (rudely) and treated my nail. I was then treated with disrespect and on top of that, I was CHARGED FOR NAIL REPAIRS!! So disappointed in the whole service!! On another note, I asked her to make the acrylic thin, a more natural look. She made them soooooo thick and uneven!! Bad, bad, bad service!!! These Asian places are out to ruin and not follow nail guidelines and refuse to do services client want!
