Husband and I stopped in for coffee so I can't comment on all the gelato talk.
We got two lattes - they were both what would be classified as a size small (it seems they only have one size bc there is only one price). They were $3.00 each. Expensive but they were very good and we could tell it was good quality espresso beans.
While we didn't taste any gelato (way too cold outside) we did notice the $1 if you have samples and don't buy anything sign. Im assuming they have had an issue with this in the past to warrant such a sign. The guy serving us was fairly indifferent. Not rude but not overly nice or anything. Didn't bother me in the least. They also have a teeny tiny deli fridge with popular Italian cold cuts (prosciutto, anyone?).
Side note: they have gluten free cones! I'd say we will come back in the summer to try the gelato if we are in the area.
