  • Service is just OK. I've never had a good experience at the deli though. I asked for non grated Parmesan cheese and no one in the deli was able to help. Funniest part was one deli employee didn't even know what Parmesan cheese was. They only had grated in the cheese display. Also there's a woman at the deli who's kind of rude and surly. She's kind of heavy set and has a "I hate my job" look on her face. She doesn't say rude things but it's the way she says things like she's angry at life. Sucks to be her. Yesterday I went to the bakery/bread area looking for Hawaiian Rolls. The bakery guy sends me to deli. Deli sends me back to bakery. No one knew where it was and I just gave up. Never got my rolls or cheese. The cashiers are nice though. I was just mad at myself for coming back to this location out of convenience. I'd rather go to the Smith's on Lake Mead in Summerlin. It's a bit farther but I know they will have what I need and the employees are trained to help customers property.
