Always on search for PHO, and so far... this one is the best I've had in Phoenix. Typical Asian non descript looking front, but inside the food is amazing. Very homey, don't expect fancy decor. I came for lunch with a friend on a Monday at 12, plenty of tables available. Service was very attentive and fast.
I ordered a Thai hot Coffee while looking over the menu. I had number (48) Goi Cuon Tom: fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork, (50) Cha Gio: fried spring rolls with shrimp and pork, (3D) Pho Tai Sach: Pho with sliced beef and tripe. All the pho dishes are served with fresh vegetables. The broth of pho was excellent, the amount of beef and tripe were great the most I've ever gotten in a restaurant. The appetizers were excellent.
Nothing fancy, but great Pho and very good service.
