  • On one hand - you would think a four star review is a mite over the top for this place. However - if you remove the crazy pants wait times to order and retrieve - you end up with either a solid 3 or a 4 star. When the sign went up for Chatime Markham, I was excited because their drinks are really good. Plus it is with striking distance of my office. So dangerous for the pocket - but to me one of the better bbt places in the area. This place does hit the higher middle ground on the price scale. My favourite drink does move about - currently it is their roasted milk tea, no ice with 30% sugar and sometimes with pudding or just plain pearls. Their standard milk tea is good, but I find the roasted Milk to provides a bit more a pronounced flavour. The parking space is always full - unless you use the plaza underground parking lot. Few things - free wifi, not that I use it since I am normally a pick up and go order person. They have staffed up and they have donuts now ( which I don't remember seeing at the DT branch). The staff is friendly enough and the drinks are a bit slow in coming 2-3 minutes/per drink from order to receiving - so that probably accounts for the long wait times for order and getting. Stamp cards they run out quick and fast, and it is worth getting if you go often enough - every 9 drinks purchased get the 10th free. They have the menu printed on the stamp card, which is good you want to do call ahead orders. (I normally take this route) They take debit, Visa and MC
