1 star for bad customer service/business practices. If you close at 10pm.. it's extremely rude in my opinion, to start putting away unoccupied chairs and tables at 9:30pm.
My son and I came here on Thursday night (11/02/2017) around 9:30pm. There were numerous customers inside and new customers constantly walking in. When my son and I walked in, I noticed that most of the empty chairs were put away, and that the two male employees were stacking the tables on top of each other. Keep in mind this is 30 minutes before closing. My son and I made our selections, paid, and then went outside and used the tables/chairs at Cafe Zupas to enjoy our frozen yogurt.
Putting away empty chairs and tables at 9:30pm? I think that's extremely rude. I understand doing this MAYBE 5 minutes before closing; however, 30 minutes is way too early! What a good way to make your customers feel like they aren't wanted/allowed to stay and enjoy their frozen yogurt. Plus, it also seems like a hazard to have all of those tables stacked with a ton of people still inside. Someone could possibly get hurt if one of those tables fell down on them.
If you close at 10pm, customers should feel welcome to stay until 10pm. My son and I shouldn't have to eat outside in the cold, using some other food establishment's chairs/tables because your employees want to leave work at exactly 10pm.
