  • I was the wedding organizer for my brother and sister-in-law, chose Little White Wedding Chapel because of "good" reviews. I made a reservation for July 31st. I reserve for the bouquet with white and pink roses for $45. On the day of the wedding, we had a very bad experience at the chapel. First off, the reservation was for 5pm. I received an e-mail a few days before the wedding that the ceremony will be at 5:30pm instead because somebody made a reservation before us. We arrived at the Chapel before 5:30pm. While waiting, I saw the other bride holding a white and pink roses given to her by the front desk lady (with an accent). I even told my sister-in-law, "Oh look! It must be the same as yours because I ordered the same color." Around 6pm, we were still waiting. We kept following up with the lady in-charge because the reception is at 7pm and we don't want to be late. They made us wait for another 10 minutes. When I followed up regarding the bouquet, they looked at the computer with my reservation, then, they went to the cooler where they put the roses, they can't find our order. We were looking at the cooler, there's no pink and white roses. We waited for another 10 minutes. We were already getting mad because the ceremony was late plus they couldn't find our bouquet. So, I said, "Why don't you let us borrow any bouquet? It is not our fault that you gave our reserved bouquet to someone else." The lady said, if you will borrow the bouquet you will not get a refund. We were so furious!!! Who wouldn't? It is not our fault for the bride not having a bouquet and we wanted to settle for another bouquet to be borrowed and get no refund???????????? We ended up not having the bride a bouquet, even the photographer and the Pastor was apologizing to us. It was the worst customer service because the lady in-charge couldn't give us another option to make us all happy because it is their fault number one. And for them to say that we are not getting a refund, it was ridiculous!!! They told us we will get our refund of $45 but we didn't have time to call and follow up. I just e-mailed the manager today so we'll see how it goes. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!!! Worst customer service and crooks!!!
