  • I was looking for an auto shop that could fix a small fender bender. Insurance was going to pay for my damages. I was close to China Town so I decided to take my vehicle to ABC based on good reviews. I was greeted by an older Asian lady. She seem nice at first. I asked about an estimate and she said "okay let me see you car" this is when things went down hill. When she saw my car she started to say how ugly the entire paint on my car was. She started telling me about other small dents on the opposite side of my car and how I was gonna get pulled over by the cops for it. She was "Laughing" at me and "Degrading " me. She was unprofessional and rude. Won't recommend.
