  • We really enjoyed living at Rancho Murietta for the 15 months that we did. We rented a 1A, one bedroom/one bath apartment. The best part about this place is the people that work there. Those working in the office were honest, professional, and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff was highly qualified and expedient in addressing our issues, which were all minor. There were really no problems with Rancho Murietta. There were, however, issues with our neighbor, who would not adhere to the quiet hours. Our reason for leaving was ultimately because we wanted to buy a house. Highly recommend for students and families interested in a reliable and clean living situation.
