Did you not read my review? I already called and was flatly told there was nothing to be done. Of course I checked the tag and of course I know that I'm responsible to check the condition of the mattress which is why I didn't bring it up when I called, but as I wrote, the plastic was not damaged, the mattress was, so the damage didn't occur during shipping and the installers set up the mattress in a way that I would have had to climb over the mattress. I take responsibility for it because ultimately it was up to me to not trust them. What I'm not responsible for is your quality control - this mattress is wrongly labelled. In fact, my daughter who has the same one visited me and slept on it and said: "This is not the same mattress as mine at all". I've lost trust. The only thing that would satisfy me is to be financially compensated.
