| - For the price, this place is awesome. Very clean. I was asked if I would like to get the honeymoon suite, and I said yes. I mean, who wouldn't want a honeymoon suite? The room was nice. Fully carpeted, roomy living room complete with small bar area. 1.5 bathrooms. Lots of mirrors, and I do mean, a lot. On the walls, even on the ceiling. I guess that is why they call this room a honeymoon suite.
However, this honeymoon suite is located in Derby Tower, which means I had to take 3 elevators from the parking lot and walk quite a bit to get to my room. Once, I got to my car and realized I forgot my wallet, so I got to go back to my room. It felt like a quest. Seriously.
Another minus point is the room is facing another building, so you don't get any view. So if you come here, ask for the north facing suite in Ascot Tower instead. I can't promise you get the mirrors on the ceiling though..
The daily house keeping only make the bed and change towels. That's it. They don't clean the used kitchenwares or empty the coffee maker. They do leave an envelope with the cleaner's name on it, so I guess they expect tips.
You can access the parking by driving south on Las Vegas Boulevard and turn right AFTER the Bellagio entrance. It is a small road, and you can see Jockey Club Suite signboard. Go down to B3 and about at the center of the building, turn right. You would see the brown door to the Jockey Club elevators.
For the location, this place is good value for money. I just don't like the trip to get to my room.
