  • My dog is NOT a type of dog which becomes so nervous that it affects her potty routine. However, when I picked her up, she constantly needed to go potty. Pee and Poo, both. She was very depressed and kept drinking water afterwards. She has never ever had this kind of problems before when she stayed in any pet boarding. I also asked the staff if we can see inside the facility whether if it is clean or enough space for may dog's room, but the staff rejected. I mean, why??? In many reviews, it's written that the staffs are very friendly. Yes, they are friendly, but not professional.
