I was attending the Chandler location and I really liked them, yes past tense. I am a yoga teacher and am mindful of my body and it's limitations so nobody pushes me because I modify, (However I could see someone less mindful feeling pressured to push past their limits.)
BUT, I have to agree with the negative BUYER BEWARE customer service comments. I purchases 20 sessions or so and I ended up moving further away where there is NO OTF and I tried to get back in the swing and just the round trip was over an hour! So having been a gym person forever and working with my own yoga clients I know that often that is an acceptable reason to stop and perhaps even get a refund of some sort. But no. I was told it is not their fault that I can't come and they can't just make a policy of giving people back their money.
Well okay, but that was their opportunity to build some goodwill, don't you think? So I peeled off my key fob thing and told them that I used to sing their praises but that I was really disappointed. They apparently are just in it for the money like I should have been surprised. If I was going to drive that long to work out I would go to Funktional Fitness. I've been there too and they are a really nice bunch they have the same equipment and you get to actually run outside too.
