Don't ever shop at this Best Buy. They had some of the worst service I've ever seen. The supervisors are indifferent and rude. I tried to cancel my order and they told me that I have to come back in two hours to cancel. I found out later that I could have cancelled it via their website or the app in 5 seconds. Worst customer service ever! I left a voice message and two E-mail for the store manager detailing our experience. Let's see if she is willing to respond, address the issue with her employees and offer an apology.
