  • There is nothing short of amazing about the staff at Shimer and Zach! Everyone from the receptionist to the both of the Lawyers in office, John and Terry are very hands on and engaged with all of their clients, which I appreciated. I attained Terry to represent me after getting a 2nd DUI this past summer. I knew, I needed the best representation possible and I had a tough case on my hands. Having being convicted within a 6 year period with my first offense, I was facing the loss of my license for over a year and other harsh penalties resulting from my foolish and dangerous decision by driving impaired. Terry gave me reassurance and honesty during my initial consultation, with her expertise in dealing with similar cases like mine, I found hope, comfort and confidence in her to take on my case. Terry went above and beyond my expectations. She even kept in contact with me, sometimes even after hours to update me on the process and what the next steps would be, taking place with my case. With her consistent effort, thoroughness and amazing ability to execute, she was able to reduce the charges down to a Reckless Driving, I was also able to keep my license without further or pending suspension. I didn't think it was possible, but Terry and her amazing team, they were able to make it happen. I will forever be grateful for Shimer and Zach office. You guys rock! Thank you a thousand times over!
