| - On one of my biggest days my baby shower, I trusted that this bakery would be the one to get the job done correctly. Sadly I was very disappointed with not only the way my order turned out but there horrible customer service. A week before I had called to see if I could drop off cupcake holders to match the cupcakes I had ordered. After a while the lady came back on the phone and said that they they couldn't find my order and that they would need to call me back. (They eventually found my order). The day off my shower I had someone go pick up the flower baby pink cupcakes with glitter dust, a princess carriage 6in cake all in baby pink and some cookies. When I opened the box, the color was completely off. The cupcakes were peach with no glitter dust that they had charged extra for which I had paid for, the cake was a light almost white and peach color. I called and told them that the colors were completely off and the cupcakes were missing the glitter dust. The lady proceeded to tell me that in there eyes the color was baby pink and that everyone sees color differently and if I wanted it a certain color I should have brought a swatch which I had brought in and emailed the exact pictures of what I wanted color design and all. As my shower was approaching with only 3 hrs left to get everything set up I asked them what they were going to do because it didn't match my theme at all. They said there was nothing they were going to do with the color and that if I wanted to drive all the way back to the store they would add glitter to the cupcakes. I had a million and 1 other things to do then to rush back to the store to get the glitter added to the cupcakes that THEY had forgot. Frustrated I hung up went back to my fridge to look at the cake and cupcakes and see what we would do when I looked at the 6 in carriage cake the handle had already fallen off and so did a wheel. At that point I had no choice but to go back to the store to get them to fix the horrible thing, while I was there I asked them what they would do for forgetting the glitter and for the cake being a mess. They proceeded to tell me that " There was nothing they were going to do because when the cake had left the store it was fine." They weren't going to take $10 dollars off, give maybe even a store credit, NOTHING. Nothing for THEM making not only the mistake of forgetting the glitter, the color being peach and not baby pink, the carriage falling apart not a cent off was takin or reimbursed and no customer service was shown. I told them to forget even fixing the carriage because I just simply did not have time to wait around for them to fix it. So I paid for part of a cake that never even left the shop, how does that work? I would NEVER recommend this bakery to anyone not only due to there work but most importantly there horrible service. So needless to say we had peach cupcakes for a baby pink princess themed baby shower no center piece for our cake table because we didn't have the carriage we ordered, because it looked like a chewed up piece of bubble gum paste.
