  • I just wanted to leave a positive review of our experience back in May purchasing a vehicle. I have gone through countless traditional dealerships in the valley for years now trying to buy vehicles and the attitude of those places is just absolutely 100% atrocious every time and often extremely demeaning. CarMax without a doubt is untouched in customer service. They made us feel welcome every step of the way and bent over backwards to help us even when we were unsure of which way to go to find a car that worked for us in our budget and circumstances. The sales reps were phenomenal and even everyone from the front desk to the tags and title area where you sign had a smile, was warm and friendly, and seemed genuine. No one EVER pushed us to buy something that was out of our price range or was rude at any point. And the entire process from looking to purchase was extremely fast and well organized. I just called service today too and the girl was extremely chipper and sweet and helpful....the service departments in traditional dealers have been so rude and nasty on my other vehicle that I wish mine was through CarMax too! I cannot express our gratitude enough at how wonderful everyone was. I will continue to come back! Customer service and word of mouth is everything. We will be sure to pass along the compliments!
