I am so torn writing this review... we will start with the good:
Lauren Kiraly - I would give ten stars if I could! She is attentive and professional at all times. She takes time to listen and really assess where I am at in my treatment. I would recommend her to anyone!
The girls who take your vitals - always nice and friendly!
The bad:
Mainly the front office girls. I haven't seen even one of them smile. Not ONCE. I work in insurance, and in a front office setting - so I know what they go through each day. I would NEVER greet patients with the attitude I get every time I walk in to this office. I am constantly made to feel like me showing up has put a damper on their day. If I have a question they talk about it and me like I'm not there, and nobody ever wants to help. I have waited a year to write this, hoping at each visit that the the way the front office staff behaves would change, but it has not. I know their day is probably filled with stress and some not so nice patients... but I walk in with a smile every time, an am always nice to them. But even if I wasn't- customer service is their JOB! Put a smile on your face, and use use your nice voice! It's not hard.
If I didn't like Lauren so much, I would change clinics in a heartbeat. The front office staff give the first impression in any medical clinic - I hope that metro NBI cleans house and gets more professional girls working the front lines.
