  • So we visit Walmart FREQUENTLY maybe 5 times a week!!! So I pretty much know how Walmart works... I went in today because on my last visit I purchased an oil diffuser and some oils when I got home to try them it didn't work so I tried to return it I DIDN'T EVEN WANT THE MONEY !! Just wanted to be able to get something else and the lady at the customer service register told me I needed the receipt to return it just to get a Walmart gift card that I can only use in a Walmart So now I am stuck with a broken diffuser because we never got the receipt in the beginning !!! However I called another Walmart that told me as long as it's under 25$ they have to return it even without the receipt and give you a gift card.
