  • The rancid smell of cigarette smoke was in every fiber of the room and permeated into all our clothing and bags. The odor of the bedding was so bad that it was impossible to sleep. The towels were stiff and shabby. The room did not have Kleenex, coffee stirrers and sugar. The carpeting was dirty and cigarette butts were under the bed. The shower was dirty with hairs on the shower walls. This was the absolute worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and the room rate was rediculously high for such a small and disgusting room. The driveway into the facility was loaded with potholes that could not be avoided. Has management looked at this property? The overall experience was HORRIBLE.
