Just had a water softener installed ... unfortunately the water in my community was shut off and the tech could not check for leaks nor program the softener. I called the company after he left and was told there would be no problem for the tech to come out if need be! However ... when a leak was visible I called and was told a supervisor would call me at 7 am the next day! At 930 am I called and was finally told that an appt would be ok btw 11 and 3!! Well a few min after hanging up received a call telling me that I need a new work order from Warenty!! I am very upset by this company and their lack of customer service!
