  • Our 13 year old rescue Papillon has an anxiety disorder which makes him difficult to handle. We did have him groomed at a local groomers for 2 years without much difficulty. However, the staff changed and the first time we took him in with the new staff they refused to groom him and refused to take him back. After that experience we called Galloping Groomer. We've been using them for 6 months now, and I don't know why we didn't do this from the beginning. It is much better for my dog as he is away from the stressful environment of a grooming salon. He loves Jeannie and she does a great job with him. She also does a very good Papillon cut, so we are happy with her grooming technique. He looks beautiful and prances all over the house after his grooming sessions with her. The scheduling is great because they start early in the morning and are timely. We can get him groomed before we go to work so we don't have to spend several hours on a Saturday getting it done. We are very happy with them.
